OVC LLC hired Julie to perform exterior and interior painting on a restaurant under construction in May of 2008 and for several interior renovations in the winter/spring of 2009. As is usually the case in commercial work, time is everything and in all three instances Samarra Painting rose to the challenge and achieved every schedule milestone. The 2008 construction project was of particular note because the original paint contractor was terminated due to poor performance and Samarra was brought in as the follow-on contractor. From a single phone call and site meeting, Samarra responded with a thorough proposal to perform the work that included all technical considerations and fair/open priced proposal. It included complete interior and exterior painting with extensive specialty work including custom "faux" designs on exterior stucco. I would highly recommend Samarra Painting for any high-end painting project, interior or exterior, especially if it involved specialty work such as faux.

Your design advice, creativity, customer focused approach, and attention to detail created wonderful new kitchen cabinets for me at a fraction of the cost of installing new ones! ‘Love the creamy white base coat, the distressed look you created, and the slate color glaze you chose as it works perfectly with my soapstone kitchen island, wide pine floors and collection of antique wooden bowls. The extra step of waxing the cabinets really richens the wood. I visited a kitchen design store this past week to take a peek at new cabinet offerings and the saleswoman pointed to the painted distressed look as being a popular choice in kitchen remodeling. ‘Was abundantly satisfied with my choice to accomplish this look with Samarra!
